Not letting me choose restart time

Then I just got a message saying Windows needs to reboot and I could pick a time. It showed me this window and it let me set a time, but I clicked the button to turn it off and now it won't let me reinitialize it. My point is I click on it and it doesn't update to selected. Not letting me choose restart time-untitled-1.gif

I guess you turned it off (the setting) before the reboot? Let it reboot then, and see after the reboot if you have the capability to reinitiate the option of setting times to restart.

You have to reboot and let it install pending updates, before it becomes available. Home is very neutered and if a GPO change happens, it screws that version up.

No, the option was lit, and then when I clicked it the text change to dark and it can not allow me to turn it back on then.

I need to repeat what the others have posted. If you are in the pending state of needing a restart, you must go ahead and restart now. Once you have clicked that button, you need to let the machine finish. If the machine is asking for a restart (back on the Check for Updates page), restart it and process the changes. I'm guessing you are in the middle of an Upgrade to SCU 1803 from FCU 1709, refering to your other thread and last post here: How come Windows 10 is so slow. Video - Windows 10 Forums

If you cannot enable it, you have to do a System Restore prior to when this behavior started.
