    Well, just to reiterate what's posted in the News forum, 1809 has been pulled by MS until they figure out the user data loss issue. Double checking my various backups tonight just in case WU does something after Tuesday. Thanks Brink

    @jamis

    Thanks for this heads-up, so to speak.

    I've installed 1809 and have not experienced data loss,
    or any of the other issues that have been reported.

    I do have backups of the previous version and will keep them at the ready.
    Even so, everything seems to be working fine.
    With the exception of this issue, that has been with my system for quite a while now.

    I must admit, I shouldn't have been so hasty with the install of 1809.

    However, I'm fortunate that I didn't loose any data and that I have backups.

    After the (4/‎2/‎2019) update to build 17763.404.
    This issue seems to have been addressed and is now working.
    Perhaps the others, who also had this issue.
    Will find that the toggle is now functioning.
