    Error Code 0x8007001F when trying to install Update for latest builds


    I cannot install updates on my computer and I am getting this error code. I have a 64 bit that was upgraded from windows 7 a few years ago. I believe I am currently on build 1607 and I am getting a message that 1709 failed to install. I have tried to apply 1803 from an ISO download but I get a message that it does not apply to my computer. Any help will be appreciated.
