Thanx K, sorry for the OT... but that is good to know.. just checked the API parameters it does not have a compression attribute
Code:HRESULT WINAPI DismMountImage( _In_ PCWSTR ImageFilePath, _In_ PCWSTR MountPath, _In_ UINT ImageIndex, _In_opt_ PCWSTR ImageName, _In_ DismImageIdentifier ImageIdentifier, _In_ DWORD Flags, _In_opt_ HANDLE CancelEvent, _In_opt_ DISM_PROGRESS_CALLBACK Progress, _In_opt_ PVOID UserData );
You have to click the "Copy" button in the first one... you need to save a full report.
For the rest I've never seen that before... maybe the Win 7 guys have a clue?

Hi.
Here's what I would do:
1. create an image of your entire drive using Macrium.
2. grab your W7 Pro key, and go here, to see if it will allow you to download the ISO for W7. If it does, your key is good. If it doesn't, something is wrong with your key. (You don't need to download the W7 ISO, just see if your key works.)
Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files)
3. If your key is good, then clean install Windows 10 Pro using the most current media, and insert the key when asked. Activations are still working with W7 + W8 keys.
If your key is not accepted by MS for the W7 download, then you should use the key from the original OEM OS installation.
If your genuine ticket is not showing up on your desktop, could it be because you have your libraries moved to a different drive?
You have corrupt licencing files

hi there, I don't have a Win 7 Pro STICKER on this SYSTEM (I mean there is no product key sticker on this pc at all),. But if you want I will grab the Key from that "Lenovo Recovery Image",. I always Installing Windows from that Image only.
Please let me know, is that Key work for above purpose.
Thanks
