Is your Windows 7 activated? Open a command prompt and type slmgr /dlv to find out. Near the bottom it should say "License Status: Licensed" if it is.

You can make an install usb for Windows 10 using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. That's Option One in this tutorial.

Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

To upgrade your 7 to 10, plug in the usb and in Windows Explorer find Setup.exe on the usb. Run it to start the upgrade. When it says it's about to reboot, remove the usb, it needs to boot from the hard drive to continue the upgrade. See Step 6 in this tutorial.

    Upgrade to Windows 10

You screenshot in post #13 shows that your Windows 7 is licensed, so your Windows 10 should automatically be activated with a digital license as soon as it can contact Microsoft's activation servers.

Once you have upgraded to 10 and it has activated with a digital license you have a choice. You can either just use it as it is, or you can do a clean install now that will activate from the digital license without needing to give a key.

The advantage of using it as it is after the upgrade is that you keep all your files and installed programs.

I've reached the limits of what I can do to help.
Looks like we need the help of an activation expert like @Superfly

Just two questions: how did you get Windows 7 Professional? How did you activate it?

I mean, you mention that you have Windows 7 Home edition which is most probably the original OEEM edition that came with your computer:

However, your later screenshots clearly show you now have Windows 7 Professional edition.

Can't be sure why it's complaining about a key unless there is mis-match of editions between the installed and that being installed.
It appears to be Win 7 Pro OEM activated... but to be sure it's properly activated, run http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...CD/MGADiag.exe and post the report.

Also check the editions on USB drive by running this in command:

    dism /get-wiminfo /wimfile:X:\sources\install.wim

(replace X with the drive letter of your USB drive)
