Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 - Error 0x80070002

I have run SFC /SCANNOW as Administrator and no problem was found. Then I ran the update troubleshooter and it came back with this error report.

What should be my next step?

Run Brink's excellent tutorial How to Reset Windows Update in Windows 10. Your log file indicates update database corruption, which means the old one has to be gotten rid of, and a new one built. Among other things, that's what this tutorial will show you how to do.
Should work, so cross your fingers!

Thank you for directing me to valuable resource and learning tool. I tried it but my problem was probably more complex. Had a Microsoft support person helping me via remote control for a few hours last night without success before I had to call it off at 3 AM. Called again today and lucked out with a more knowledgeable person. He wiped out remnants of previous update attempts and then basically forced a reinstall of Windows 10 April release. That solved my problem.
