My laptop keeps trying to update Windows 10 and failing, giving me an error that says there is insufficient disk space, which surprises me because the computer is relatively new and I don't use it that much. I follow the instructions to clean up disk space, but this does not help - I always get the same error when it tries again to update windows 10.
What's the actual make/model of your Asus? What size hdd does it have?
Yes, it's because there is insufficient room on such a small drive for the files created by an upgrade - in particular the windows.old that allows you to rollback to the previous version. For such machines, external storage can be used to allow an upgrade to take place. See this Microsoft support page for more details...
