thank you for your tip. I have unable Intel VT-d in BIOS under Advance-Setup->Chipset and Legency USB-Support under Advance->USB. Then I start a new try. On point of problem, I must waiting 20 secounds and the screen get a waiting circle. Then the installation will be continue normal and finished successfully.

If anyone with a ASUS PT6 or Deluxe version has made it to the end of this thread I have bad news. After trying my level best to update Win10 1803 -1809 the bottom line is that the BIOS is the reason it is not possible. We are dead in the water. They stopped support for this MB last year and stopped updates for the BIOS in 2010 with Win8.1. Sorry but we just have to wait until Win10 1709 stops functioning like WinXP did a couple of years back.
UPDATE::: Turns out that post above about turning off virtualization technology was 100% correct!!!
I turned off VT-d and presto, it worked! How did they know that? Contacted ASUS and they just said nothing could be done. Text book super kid is never a good guy to ask is all I can say.
