How to fix 1709 KB4093112 update?

I have to have my windows update on a meter connection or else they download and install them, Two other updates will fail and when I restart my computer it will say can't install the update, Rolling back changes and it restarts my computer 3 times.

Tried the troubleshooting and downloading the update from the catalog site and that doesn't work

I am having the same problem with the march update.

try sfc /scannow in elevated powershell. It fixed my issues.

    Glad you got that fixed.

I had the same problem. Assuming this fix doesn't work for others, this is what fixed my problem:

    Running this command:
    Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
