If you run this Microsoft Update Catalog search, you'll see there have been 5 updates to hit the LTSB there since 1/15. Something is amiss with Windows Update on your PC(s). I would suggest troubleshooting Windows Update as a start, perhaps with the benefit of this TenForums tutorial: Troubleshoot Problems in Windows 10 with Troubleshooters Performance Maintenance Tutorials .
If that doesn't work, please post again here, and we'll bring out some heavier artillery!

Ok. Well that helps some. My last update is KB4057142 Jan 17, 2018. And I forget to say our version is 1607. I see some of them are for prior versions. Does that make a difference?
Yes, that makes a difference. I think you are more or less current, at least as far as I can tell. It's apparently been a slow period for your version of the LTSB!

OK. Thank you Ed! I thought a certain someone at work was trying to sabotage my image (work). Now I can rest easy and enjoy my drink. Cheers!
it looks like you are using Win10 LTSB 2016 (v1607) as Windows Update is listing some updates to the 1607 LTSB release.
the previous LTSB release was the 2015 version (the v1507 or RTM release of Win10 LTSB)
