The logs displayed multiple crash dump failures.
This indicated that there were multiple crashes that have not yet been fixed.
There were multiple windows update and upgrade failures.
The current Windows version and build: Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393
The current plan is to:
1) troubleshoot BSOD (failed crash dumps)
2) troubleshoot windows upgrade failures
For all test/steps please post images into the thread.
If there are problems posting images please use one drive or drop box share links.
1) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread (Do not install Ccleaner if it not already installed)
2) In the left lower corner search type clean > open disk cleanup > scroll up and down > post images into the thread
3) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
> on the advanced tab under startup and recovery click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
> on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > click on advanced tab > under virtual memory click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread
4) In the left lower corner search type services > open windows error reporting service > scroll to the startup type column > right click > left click on properties > post an image into the thread
5) Download and install Whocrashed > in the left upper corner above analyze click on tools > crash dump test > type: ACCEPT

6) Click analyze > look for dead or deaddead in the results > post the results into the thread
7) Run the DM log collector after all of the above steps and post a zip into the thread:

8) List all of the antivirus products that are currently in use and the products that had previously been used. Include the always on AV and the manual AV.
9) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > expand all rows > look for icons that display a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark > post images into the thread.

13) Indicate whether there is any disk encryption software in use besides Microsoft products.
14) Run HDTune: http://www.hdtune.com/
Perform 3 tests and post images for each:
1) Health (SMART)
2) Benchmark
3) Full error scan
