Is there an app that permanently disables windows 10 updates?

The GPEDIT and SERVICES disable are not fully bullet proof

Appreciate help if anyone knows how?

Hi, im using this program: Windows Update Blocker v1.0
Works flawlessly (so far). Dont forget to check "protected settings" options. Without this utility, windows always reinstalled my approved graphic drivers on the fly.

And you could use Windows Update Minitool - which offers a lot more options. Try Notify.. you choose if you accept the offered update.
