It works but will not come out of sleep without a restart and BSOD. I will not leave my machine on 24 x 7 and there was nothing in RS3 that I would even use. My leaving was voluntary, but I saw no reason to stay in it. Since RS3 does not fully function RS4 would be the same.

That last point is an assumption. There is only one way to find out ....

I am not getting back into the program just to see if RS4 will work. I can wait until April, 2018 to find out.:)

What about using it in a VM? You do not want to miss out on the fun - besides why should yot take your share of grief :-D.

I have had my share of grief, trust me. Over 2 1/2 years in that program was enough.

strange, I have an X58 board and an i7 965 and I've not had too much trouble..
and my mobo has a 12G limit on RAM..

I have an X58 Pro-E if that makes any diff. The only problem I have is that it BSOD's when I awake it from any form of sleep or hibernation, also there are no features in that build that I would use or need.
