Getting 0x0 Code When Trying to Join Insider

I am trying to join Insiders on a second computer. It is a Dell 1720 Inspiron that I upgraded to Win 7 then to Win 10 Pro. The Win 10 Pro OS is registered and activated on the PC and in my Microsoft account.
The ability to select the Insider Program shows up in Settings>Update but when I select Insiders it states something went wrong and code 0x0 shows.
I can easily install an Insider ISO I have and wonder if that is the only option I have. It is a 32 bit system (but x64 Intel processor) and I suspect the ISO has 32 and 64 bit versions on it, but I'm not sure. The iSO was made on a 64 bit machine.
I saw a registry fix here from 2015 for a similar issue but am not sure that is still valid. My Inspiron registry does not show much as far as the insider Program is concerned compared to my HP Insider PC.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi there, @Fisher Mann

You might want to give it a day or so. It may take.

Is it the same MS account as your other Insider machines?

Is it listed in your Devices in your MS account online?

    Is it a trusted device?

You may want to post this question on the recent Insider thread.

Hi HG! Yes it is on the same account as my other Insider machine and it is listed in the "Devices" section. I've had the PC since it was brand new back in '07 shipped to me from Dell.
I've installed a new HDD in it recently when it was a Win 7. I replaced the original HDD with a new one. I used Macrium Clone for the OS transfer with no problems at all.

I see. Are you saying your problem is solved?

I wish it was. I tried it again and no go. I have 2 accounts (Microsoft and Local) on this PC and both fail to let me join Insiders. I'll try again in the morning, tis getting late here. I did do a Feed Back on the issue.
    Tks!
