    Destop windows act bizarrely

Ok, I have tried endlessly to solve this
When I open a new window it immediately goes behind any other windows already on the desktop.
For example, if I install a program if have to put a registration key, I can't do this. The installation window will not stay on the display when I try to put it in.
Every widow, also, must be close before I can use the one I want that is behind them
Any help on this would be appreciated Destop windows act bizarrely .
    Thank you

    Hi, you could try this:
Many people with this specific problem have had the ForegroundLockTimeout registry setting help them out. This fix generally is most helpful to people who have the problem occur all the time. It's a bit less likely to help those who have the problem only some of the time, but definitely still worth a try.

Here's one post on that topic: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...1-f57a972122ee or do a web search, "foregroundlocktimeout site:microsoft.com" to find one of many different articles about it.

Don't have an immediate solution but which Version and Build of the Insider Preview [test/BETA] are you running? I have the latest and winver shows it as Windows 10 Version 1703 (OS Build 16241.1001). That may be an issue to send to the development team.
