Custom color not working properly on build 16241

When selecting a custom color the taskbar does not change. So far the top bar on explorer and windows media center change, and so does google chrome. Just checked and the top bar on the settings app also does not change.

Silly, but have to ask. Do you have this set?

Naturally, all are checked. Custom color works fine on my new rig, but not on older one, which I use for testing insider builds.

I just fired up my Insider 16241, and set it to some hideous shade of pink! As you can see, it does work. Maybe your Graphics driver? Some other conflicting setting? Hard to tell. You can always go to Feedback and see if others have the same issue, or report it.

Nice color, it suits you. Had to slip that in. 'm so funny I amuse myself.. Anyway the old laptop is an Hp Envy m6-1225dx with Intel Ivy Bride and Intel graphics 4000. Maybe I will install creators update and see if it has the same issue.

There are issues with earlier builds so I added build 16241 to the list in Feedback Hub.

Good. So it seems it's a flaky of and on thing. If it works on Creators (does here, also), then it's your box or driver or funky install. You could try the Reset function in Recovery on the 16241 to see if that helps. It's only a test box.

Well I am installing creators as I type. Gonna see if old rig is compatible with Windows 10.

Installed and updated. Well, it appears this also happens in creators update stable. What I don't get is why do some windows have the correct color, and some don't. If it were an issue with graphics, then it would not work at all I presume.
