Installed and updated. Well, it appears this also happens in creators update stable. What I don't get is why do some windows have the correct color, and some don't. If it were an issue with graphics, then it would not work at all I presume.

That is odd. Both builds of yours - fail on old, ok on new. Fine here. Gotta be something inherent to that box.

After the update fron 16199 to 16215 WS stopped working. I've tried everything I know like reset and re-register ws.
