Windows 10 can't login 2017
Hi, my office upgraded our one computer to Windows 10, now we are unable to login using our regular password. This is a local account- no Microsoft Account has ever been on there. I've tried three reps from ms and after a half hour all have told me the only option is to reset windows and lose all the files. I read online that this problem happen two years ago, and that Microsoft would make a fix for this problem. However it's 2017 and this is still an issue. I had an IT guy try to hack into the admin account and he was unable to do so after several attempts. What else can we do?
