    Awaiting Download - ?

Fast Ring Insider - a couple of times recently, after checking Windows Update for downloads of new builds that have been released - (and it may just be 16237, I've done a few in quick succession!) - sometime after initialisation, the update pauses with the message "Awaiting Download", and requires interaction with a button to continue the download - and then begins installation.

I've been doing too many other things at the same time to follow the process, but I thought it should follow the basic sequence:

Initialising > Downloading > Installing > Restart (where there's another pause so that you can interact to either proceed immediately or allow the scheduled restart "out of active hours", by not pressing the restart button), which of course then does a whole lot of configuration before restarting.

Has anyone else seen this "Awaiting Download", and does anyone think it is unnecessary, as I do?

Yes I have and I also see Initializing Updates which I thought that MS was going to get rid of. They should have kept the Big Round Clock thing. It resembled this:

I did an update yesterday on one computer and today on my second IP computer, didn't see that. There was nothing unusual on either except one has never been able to find drivers for the dial-up modem but I'm not pursuing that, don't need it. Next time I clean it I'll remove the card.
