    Can`t join Insiders

I cannot join to Insiders program. After click on [Begin] button it shows up a message dialog asking to Register, so I click on that button and it drives me to Home page - Windows Insider Program but there I cannot see any place to "register", the instructions will show me the very initial point of start (go to Windows Update... ) so I am into a process looped here. What I am missing?

    Thanx

As I recall, back in the Technical Preview days [now known as Insider Preview] I had to first create a Microsoft Account. But then I was in the Partners program before that so I may have used the same information [it's been awhile].

Full instructions can be found here
Start or Stop Receiving Insider Preview Builds in Windows 10 Windows 10 Windows Update Activation Tutorials

"Being part of the insider program requires you sign into your PC with a Microsoft account, not a local user account. That Microsoft account must also be part of the Windows Insider program.
First, ensure you’re signing into your PC with a MIcrosoft account. If you’re not, you can visit the Setting app, select Accounts, and use the option here to convert your local user account to a Microsoft account."

I am using the Microsoft account. Question is how to make part of the Windows Insider program? I was part, after reinstalling my PC I no longer able to "be part".

You are most likely already registered. Can you open this webpage?

Download Windows 10 Insider Preview ISO

To reset Update/Insider in Windows, you can run CMD as admin and copy/paste

    Code:
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AdvertisingInfo" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\WindowsUpdate" /f
    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /f
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsStore\WindowsUpdate" /f
