Latest insider spanish language problems

After installing 16215 on the tablet, now I have some issues with spanish keyboard

Accented characters with the physial keyboard stopped working. Pressing the accent key plus the letter make this: ´´a instead of á in all Win32 programs Metro ones are fine.

Previously, I had the option to show the full keyboard in touch keyboard. Now I don't have that option, but it's enabled in settings Add the standard keyboard layout as a touch keyboard option.

I don't find any keyboard related items in issues for this build.
