Only see slow in the windows insider program

After the last update, my settings for the preview builds are changed in fast to slow.

The settings slow or fast are not clickable. Is there a option to turn it on?

Are all of your Insider settings grayed out like in the tutorial below with a red "Some settings are managed by you organization" type message at the top?

For now, you might see if you may be able to manually change your Insider level to the Fast ring using Option Two below.
