Stuck on bulid 16176 & 16179 failed

I am on the fast lane. On 4/25 I was upgraded to build 16176.1 and later on the same day build 16179.1 failed three times. Since that date I have not received any OS updates but have received others including Windows Defender. As 16176 expires on 5/15 I got in touch with MS who checked my desktop and made some adjustments to a couple of services programs and indicated that I should begin receiving updates. With four days to go until expiration I am still not getting updates.

What are my options?

If you are willing to do a clean install, Insiders can now download the 16193 ISO directly:

It might be a pain but it could also be the quickest fix and get you current at the same time.

Install 16193 in a vm.

Join fast ring in vm.

Wait till it updates to latest version.

Create iso (see uuptoiso tutorial).

On host, double click on new iso and run setup.exe.
