Windows 10: After update Windows 16188 .rs Prerelease settings screen disapear

I guess I was not clear enough. I already enabled my admin account. When I log into my admin account, sure settings do not disappear, but it won't find a newer windows insider version 16199. I think it's because in the 'insiders tab' my update frequenty is set to 'slow' and is grayed out. So can't update.
I'm really stuck. Can't recover, it always fails.

Assuming you have no backup, first you can wait for the next slow IP.
Second try to go out of the insider program for some time.
Later on you can go back again into the insider program.
I have done that already in the past.
The only difference is that you must do that now with the Administrator.

Is it possibly the Anniversary Update, which has blocked my possibilities to change the Lock Screen configuration? In Settings->Personalisation that whole option is greyed out today and I'm stuck with a lock screen, which I can't modify or...
After I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro everything was fine on my desktop PC. Several days went by as I learned the new OS' interface. Then I got an update message telling me that a reboot was required for the updates to take effect....
