16193 installs now here with ADMINISTRATOR but failed
    with error code 0x80070003.

Retry with disabled antivirus (avast) seems to work better.

    Download 100%.

Initialize install at 100% gets GSOD (green BSOD)

    Reboot again in Administrator.
    Initialize install starting again.

Now I got request to restart computer, so 16193 goes on.
16193 ready after the normal automatic reboots.
Administator diabled and after reboot 16193 settings do not disappear anymore in a second.

    But.........
Problems, problems etc.. in this system !!
Avast virusscanner do not start, can not be removed and can not be udated.
Google Chrome update gives errors etc,,
Is 16193 rubbish or is it caused by the problems that happened installng 15193 by Administrator.
    "SFC /scannow" gives no errors.
    Any ideas ?
    Dism ?

I have a question. How do I install that new update, without clean install. I can't acces my settings so I can't update. I enabled the administrator account, I can get into settings, but the updater doesn't find any new versions.
When I go into my insider tab in the settings, the frequenty for updates is grayed out and say's 'slow'. What can I do?

First read all the posts from the beginning.
Install the Aero Tweaker (see post #18) and enable the Administrator.
Logoff and logon with the Administrator.
Now the settings screen does not disappear anymore.
    Install 16199 etc...
(When you installed 16188 no more than 10 days ago, you can better recover to your previous preview and from there install 16199)
    Good Luck
