    Nothing works with this build

This build goes through all the install then boots to the desktop minus my wallpaper then I get the sad face saying "Your PC has encountered a problem and needs to restart so it restarts and I end up with the same message. I have used my image backup from Sunday to reinstall everything as it was before this update but it still wants to keep updating to this new version. How do I skip this version? I can't get to the recovery options to go back to previous version. Is there any other way to skip this one?

You can defer updates try for 2 days, there is supposed to be a new build out tomorrow then you can turn the insider builds back on.

This is still an ongoing issue. I see there is a new build and again it won't install. I don't understand why all updates are failing. I've run a registry cleaner and that didn't work. I'm not a tech but I followed instructions on a Windows/Microsoft update page and it still didn't work. I'm fit to be tied and missing out on the updates and its very upsetting.
