I think it's safe to say it's a RTM candidate.
    Hi there

Still issues with Networking (I posted in the networking section). So for me still some issues need to be fixed before I'd consider this as an RTM candidate --if Networking is still dodgy then Ms needs to fix it FAST.

    Cheers

This build (10240) is likely the last one before the 29th and I don't see any changes coming before then.

Well if that's so I shall wait -- I posted in the Networking section about a BIG security problem with build 10240-- Two computers both signed on with Ms accounts Computer 1 was able to access a disc for READ / WRITE on computer 2 when the Disk was marked on computer 2 as NOT SHARED. !!

(The disk had previously been shared on another machine with a LOCAL account -- it's a removable USB drive and sharing should be a property of the computer it's plugged in to !!!!!).

No watermark, no reference to it being a Pre-Release on the system page. slmgr /dlv shows no Evaluation end date and Windows 10 Professional? Mine looks to be full Retail. I got a new product code with this build too.

No wonder it looks like an RTM. It's from the TH branch.

The only thing to tell you your still running a preview is the Stop Receiving Insider Builds option in Windows update.

I guess this might be related to the fact that you're a registered insider. Let's see if this option survives the RTM. I think it will.

It's there because your running a preview build. As far as I know it will be there in the final version on the 29th if you upgrade from a Preview build. That's how you opt out of Insider builds and go the Consumer version route. Will it disappear if you do that, I don't know. If you stay in the insider program and keep running insider builds it will show up in every one of those builds. If you do the free upgrade from Windows 7 or 8.1 that option likely won't be there at all.

I wonder what happens if you opt-out of insider builds before the 29th? Do you get upgraded on the 29th?
