I create an other account using hotmail, start normally, but I can't access to windows store because the window taskbar menu, freezes, and it's impossible...
I try kill explorer.exe, reopen with and without privileges and nothing.
I use shortcut key for open library (windows+e) and doesn't go.
Only work correctly on my main account.
When I can access normally, I comment you.
    Thanks a lot.

I had the same issue carried forward on build 16184, tried everything, app troubleshooter, wsreset, uninstall and reinstall windows store, different account, reinstall windows . The only thing that fixed it was reinstall windows with no settings and apps
