My W10 VMs take ~55 seconds, which is about the same time that my "real" W7 takes.
My W7 VMs take ~90 seconds.
i m on 10166 build and boot time is 30 seconds . core i5 2410m 6 gb ram
On boot time, you need to include the time it takes all startup programs to load. My system might take 10 seconds to get from bios to the desktop, but on average it takes another 25 seconds to load startup programs (much of this time is due to Razer Synapse loading). You're not fully booted until everything at startup is loaded, granted you could disable all startup programs, but then you'd have to spend the next minute or two manually loading what you need to run.
Your system seems a lot better than mines so I'm not certain why the load time is so long.
From boot to desktop I've had load times no higher than 30 seconds, averaging around 15-25 seconds.
It then takes another 10-30 seconds for all the startup items to load completely.
MBAM and Windows Defender being the only two programs I have set to load immediately upon Windows starting up.
I say 10-30, as there are certain occasions where certain startup programs set to "Automatic" never load/startup or startup only after several reboots.
I'm not fully certain what the reason may be however, but when those programs that should startup don't load the full boot time is quite fast.
This is an old HDD laptop I use mostly for my engineering work, light gaming, music listening, etc.

I'm using this as my main working laptop at this point (desktop running Win 7) so I currently have about 200~ programs installed. I haven't clean installed since 10041, since I couldn't update from 9879 while still being in the update period for that build. Currently running 10166.Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00GHz

Why do we receive the password box at the logon screen for a few seconds (like in video on page 2), when it is a local account and no password set?
Why is there a Windows Defender item in startup? That's strange, I don't have that here.
Is it possible something like PureSync is taking a long time to start up? Is your system joined to a domain?
