Windows 10: Can't install 15061.

    Can't install 15061.


    Can't get 15061 to install, keeps saying some updates were cancelled retry. Is there some way to download it.

    I didn't have any problem getting the update on my 2 Dell IP computers, although it did take awhile. The 2 computers are not may production machines and are older by a few years, an Inspiron 580 and an Inspiron 530S.

    There is a known issue where the installation will fail.

    Try to delete the following key in the registry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\RequestedAppCategories\8b24b027-1dee-babb-9a95-3517dfb9c552

    If you have not solved it, 15063 iso wil be on Slow Ring shortly.
