Can't leave feedback. Insider hub installed, setting choice ghosted

Seems I am unable to run the feedback app, before I go for a reinstall is there way around this? Seems to be an inherited setting from an earlier build where this was not dealt with by the Insider Program. Without changing the setting to full (perhaps in registry) I cannot run the feedback app.

Anyone know where this can be changed in reg?

I get taken to the screen on the right. That's the screen I'm supposed to change the diag and usage data to full but can't.

I just read some about screen resolution needing to be at least 1024 x 768 to run it

will it run if set to full ,or am I misunderstanding you first post, if it does maybe run it at full for a bit ,then reboot computer and see if you can change it back to automatic ,, I'm just guessing of course

The choice to change to full is greyed out. Can't change it. Says it's handled by the Insider Program.

My guess is that this was handled differently on an older build and upgrading to 10162 has taken the setting with it but at the same time has done away with the ability to change it. Useful.

Yep, done that now. Installed from the ISO fresh and I'm so glad I did.

Seems so much snappier as a clean install. Most responsive build yet for me.

Insider Hub in build 10159 appears I have it installed via Start>Settings>Apps and features>manage optional features but I am unable to locate it (edit) I did find it by switching to tablet mode but I use PC mode most of the time.
