Workaround for 15031 Non-responsive Action Center

You used the .dll I posted? Or did you get it from elsewhere? I know this sounds improbable, but it seems like the old one (the original from 15031) is still there and active. Would it be possible to post a screen shot like the one below. Showing the file listing in C:\Windows\system32 and the details tab of the properties of the file dated 1/28? Not the original, which you renamed, the one you copied in. Thanks.

Good, glad to hear it. Hopefully this issue, and others, will be corrected in the next build. Although this process appears to workaround the problem, it may or may not work in future builds, if the issue persists. MS may alter some code that makes this obsolete. But, for now, it's workable. :) Cheers!
