Mouse wheel is scrolling up and down 'All Apps' fine here.
I think this is my "flashwheel-VistaFix" software that I have running at windows startup every time (disabled it and I can also mousewheel scroll the All Apps list).

flashwheel-VistaFix lets me mouse wheel scroll whatever is under my mouse cursor without having to select it. It is the only software of it's kind (KatMouse, XMouse etc.) that still works in Windows 8/10. I'd rather have that in most of Windows, than disable it just to be able to mousewheel-scroll the All Apps list.

    Hi there

    1) Edge -- can't use my media server / other servers that rely on a web browser interface using LOCALHOST or local IP addresses. It's been designed deliberately like that so we'll have to live with it. I'm keeping IE11 until there is some sensible solution to this problem.

Otherwise build nice and snappy -- quite happy with it so far.

    Cheers

There was a registry hack around that supposedly fixed this issue. I never got around to trying it, and it may not work in this new version anyway. I noticed the "dark theme" hack no longer works.

just like previous build, I cannot easily get the taskbar up by bringing my mouse down to the bottom of the screen; also, like last build, the icons on the taskbar are spread out wide, limiting the amount of program icons I can pin on the taskbar with out getting a "scollbar" on the right side, that brings me to a second group of taskbar icons.
Otherwise most things work fine, and boot up seems a lot faster..

    EDIT:

Removing the Stardock suite, window blinds, etc, fixed my taskbar issues...

The Office 2016 Preview keeps wanting to be activated. I activate it over the Internet, it activates . I restart Office and it wants to be activated again.

As anticipated, after a reboot, the previous positive impressions start turning negative....

    After a reboot:

    - Taskbar is glued-in place again, so you cannot easily drag it from one position to the next. Attempts to drag and drop the taskbar will cause File Explorer to freeze and restart. You have to do this instead by right-clicking the taskbar and setting it's position by the menu.
Did you unlock the taskbar? It seems to work fine here.

    ksdixon said:
    - If you attempt to drag-and-drop the taskbar, both the Start Button and Action Center become unresponsive until File Explorer has finished locking-up and restarts itself.
Again, no issue here. Are you sure it's not some extension or something you might have installed?

Well, you have already said this was because of another program. Have you tried just using it without anything else installed?

Is very fast and smooth. I have not found any bugs yet [knock on wood]
I'd say we have a real winner in the making...
