    Build 15002 oddities

Since build 15002 installed the other day on the fast ring, oddness has crept in. Especially as clicking on the Action Centre icon bottom right of the task bar no longer works. Also in some software the mouse behaviour seems "sticky".

It also broke the special Win 10 version of Windowblinds but that is incidental. Except that the error affected the windowpane things - the X to close maximised instead, the centre maximise button closed the window and the minimise did nothing, so seems related.

My action center button is broken, too.

I just clean-installed 15002 and the action center is still broken.

I seem to remember something similar happening a year ago with an insider update. Can't remember the cure.
