This latest build will not install on my machine. It downloads and appears to install but on reboot i get an error message saying its ran into problems and rolls back to the previouse build. I have uninstalled malwarebytes and tied to install build 15002 five times now.

Dencal: the link you provide offers hotfixes for XP and WinServ2003. I'm stumped as to how that helps here, except to confirm for the OP that a storage driver is (potentially) at fault. Do you think there might be some virtue to following Sergey Tkachenko's instructions at Winaero.com in his post "How to get Windows 10 Build 15002 ISO images?" Obviously, this can only work if the OP (and others likewise afflicted) has (have) access to another PC. But if they didn't, how could they post?
