    I finally found a fix to get rid of the ad in the weather app. I found a program that will allow you to uninstall apps and uninstalled it

    Actually, RiverJack has Build 10130 which isn't set to expire until "sometime in October", so that's not his problem.
    MS will be continuing the insider program from within Windows 10, not that they're going to continue the technical previews after the official release. My understanding of the OPs post is that he wants to continue testing technical previews, which will not exist after they expire later this year.
