Has anyone downloaded build 14946 on their mobile phone? I've been trying for over three hours and I can't get past 93%. I've tried restarting my Lumia 640XL 3 or 4 times and still can't get the download to finish. Right now I'm only at 88%.
Wow! I've finally made it to 92%.
I give up! I just checked and It never got past 93%. I'm switching back to the slow ring until the next build.
I was going to switch to the slow ring and restart my phone when I posted earlier. I decide to wait until I was more awake. I just checked my phone and it's up to 95%. I'm going to wait until I finish mowing my lawns. If it's still not downloaded by then I'm going back to the slow ring.
For anyone who may be interested. I never got any further than 95%. Even when I switched to different rings it still wanted to download build 14946. I decided to use Windows Device Recovery Tool to start all over again. Then I rejoined the Insider program and selected the Fast Ring. It installed Build 10586.107. Then I checked for updates and Build 14393.67 downloaded in a matter of minutes. Right now I'm at 26% installing. I still don't know why Build 14946 didn't want to download.
Build 14951 downloaded and installed in about 30 minutes so I'll mark this solved.
