I just tried it and Store is working OK for me.

It's working fine for me as well in build 14942. You might see if re-registering the Store may help.

strange I try to reinstall 14942 "keeping my file and app" problem still here
Odd that a repair install didn't help.
You might see if using the method below to reset the Store may help.
Are you signed in to Windows with a Microsoft account?
store is fine, here..
xbox live is non-functional..

Xbox sign-ins may fail, as well, as a result of service host separation. To fix this issue:
1. Run the following from an elevated command prompt
(or edit the registry accordingly):
