I found that to be my problem on a Dell Inspiron 530S with the G33/G31 Express but I changed to a Dell Optiplex 755 and found the same problem with the Intel Q35 Express adapter. Both computers are now working fine with an ATI Radeon 2400 HD.

Use Win10 Geforce drivers from nVidia.
