I haven't been insiding for a while, just built a new Win 10 Pro 64Bit Box which I dont want to Inside Build. How can I get the ISO images so that I can create a virtual machine?
Is this still possible?

You install standard release iso in Hyper-V, join insider and after a couple of days, it will update. However, be aware it will not activate unless you have a separate Pro licence.
Another option is to simply dual boot PC with release and Insider versions. The Insider version will activate and is not an EULA transgression as Insider versions have a separate EULA.
Yet another option is to install in Hyper-V (you can get a slightly out of date ISO here - it is the 14393 slow ring version currently) and then boot the vhdx native. It will pick up the activation from your existing hardware.
To boot it native just mount your .vhdx and then go to a command prompt and enter(change E to wherever the vhdx mounted).Code:bcdboot E:\Windows
When you reboot you'll get the option to boot into the preview. Just don't make the vhdx disk too big as you need room for it to expand to the full size. Picking 20 or 30GB should be OK rather than the default of 127GB.
You could also (if you preferred) get the Enterprise (90 days) or Server (180 days) evaluations from here.
