My Trivial Issues With Build 10122

Alright guys, I have been running the newest build for a little while and I am sure that everybody has their hit-list of things that don't work or that they don't like. For me I am having an issue with the displayed time in the lower right hand corner. The displayed time is 6 hours off of my local time even though I have gone into settings to ensure that the time zone is set correctly. I do not know what is going on with that. Also, I can't log into Cortana because it needs my permission to use my location and I am currently blocked from providing my location, that switch is either grayed out or just non functional. One other thing is that sometimes I walk away from my computer for a couple of hours and when I return I hit the space bar and the computer fires up without displaying the lock screen, it goes straight to my desktop. I know these are trivial issues, but I can't seem to find an answer to cure them.

Did you also perform a manual sync of the time? Once you fix the time, other issues will go away.

Previous builds had the region / time zone set to PST which was 3 hour off for me. Setting the correct time zone to EST (GMT -5) automatically corrected the time.

In 122, the time zone was still PST, but the time displayed was correct - go figure!

Setting the time zone to EST (GMT -5) screwed up time ... 6 hours off.

All I did was set the correct time in date/time.

    Give that a shot.

Yes, the time is off after a new install as Slartybart and Charlie said above. Set the time as you said and then do a manual sync to make sure it sets. Look here

I recorded it. W10 is a pain in the but on new installs. The time has to be fixed. If not you can not sync and you have all kinds of issues.
