Build 14926 Event ID 28

With this build - 14926 - there is a rash of event log error id 28. Found this in Feedback... please go there and upvote!

Installing Build 14926 was carried out without problems. In the use thus far revealed no problems. It is positive that largely personal settings and personal choice of apps remained.
In addition to the DCOM errors Event ID 10016 too familiar the event log will be flooded with errors Source: Kernel EventTracing Event ID: 28 - "Error setting traits on Provider {a0b7550f-4e9a-4f03-Ad41-b8042d06a2f7} Error: 0xC0000001."
Trying "sfc / scannow" is at 21% aborted with the message "Windows Resource Protection Could not perform the requested operation."
The commands "Dism / online / cleanup-image / Check Health" or "DISM / online / cleanup-image / Restore Health /source:wim:E:\install.wim:1 / limit access" provided no result. Even the inplace install of Build 14926 did not change anything.

Pretty much the same here TC...

Sfc /scannow is stuck at some 9% here, had some problems with store apps (maps and calc had to be reinstalled), left click is sometimes not effective (in explorer, taskbar, apps... ) second click is OK..
