    Go to "All Apps" on the start menu and open "Settings". From there open up "Update & Security".

    I think build 10061 was a leaked build.That my be the cause of the problem when updating.
    Build 10061 was an official Microsoft drop. There was a leak just before Microsoft released Build 10074; I got it from the Insider Program.

    Alan's not the only one, Caper. I've seen quite a few who're running third party start menus.

    Another way to access Settings is to right click on Desktop->Personalize then click on the Back Arrow as shown:
