    Build 10074 color issues

The update installed without taking more than 2 hours.
However, I once again found that it insists on installing the most current AMD CCC and drivers. Not only that but there are limited options for background colors this time. The hint came during startup when I looked at the Logon screen and it was light Grey instead of Blue. There is no way to adjust this that I can find. Startup time is getting faster but shutdown is slower than in Windows 7.
Does anyone know when we will see the 100041 color choices for Backgrounds return? Would it be better to run the ISO install?

    Thanks for reading

    Hi
To get the color choices back go to
    Settings
    Personalization
    Colors
Turn off the" Auto pick a color"
    Should do the trick

    Wolf:
Thanks for the reminder Tip. It did resolve the Taskbar color but not the Desktop. The latter I can live with for now. It is also important that I did the Update not a "clean" install of 10074.

The only choices you have are these:

Just rechecked and found that by going to Control Panel/Personalization that I was able to set the colors that I previously used, as they were saved from 10061. Thanks for the support.

I was just going to speculate on that! :)
I figured if you sync a theme from a previous build, you may be able to retrieve it on 10074.
