I just noticed the setup screen just shows "Windows" with no 10 after it. It was the screen where it prompts for language keyboard layout etc. It wasn't always like that was it?
I think it's always been that way. If you have an older ISO file just mount it and run setup.exe.

Ok, I just misread it. Sorry if I offended you in any way. I just didn't get what you were trying to convey?

Absolutely no offence taken, after all are we not in this together for the benefit of all.

Hmm, it only updated to 14366rs1, shouldn't it have been, 14383?

I just compared the Windows 10 build 10240 with build 14383. They both behaved exactly the same. The first little Windows blue box that comes up just said Windows. The next screens had Windows 10 Setup at the top.

    This is build 14383:

I'm doing a clean install of en_windows_10_multiple_editions_insider_preview_14295_x64_dvd_8475164, downloaded via MSDN. I just noticed the setup screen just shows "Windows" with no 10 after it. It was the screen where it prompts for language keyboard layout etc. It wasn't always like that was it? If this has already been mentioned my apologies. I haven't browsed this section of the forum very much lately. A sign of things to come maybe? It still listed 10 in the description on the Home Pro selection screen though.

Nothing to add exept confirmation: Since first builds, the language and formats dialog has only shown Windows, not Windows 10. Screenshot from just now from a vm using 10240 original install media:

That's one of those screens where, for me, its a quick next. English is my native language, and switching to English Canada just messes up my keyboard layout. I never have to change any settings on that screen. This being the first time in a while since I installed an Insider build I thought I'd try and pay attention to what shows on screen. I actually had a feeling when I posted that I might get a "where have you been" replay. It's always been like that. lol.

I'll leave that PC running all day and see if it finally updates to the latest build. It's running 14366rs1, according to the watermark.
