    Search does not work (Build: 10041)


    Hello

    For some reason, my search function is no longer available for me in build 10041.

    I have used shexview to disable 3rd party apps to interact with explorer.exe as suggested to me in another post.
    I have googled this abit, and found that others have been experiencing similar problems but was unable to find a solution, other than a complete reinstall (which I'd prefer not to).

    Also, the tool in Solved BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums does not save anything to my desktop.
    EDIT: saved to native dekstop location not actual desktop (I have moved my location)

    You can try build 10061 and see if it fixes your problem. You need to switch to Fast in Windows Update if your set to Slow.
