build 14366 HUGE problems...

i can not role back and i can not open the start menu or the settings.
can someone help me with that?

Press Win + R keys together to open run dialog. Run netplwiz. Add a local user account and add it to the administrators group. Log in using the new local account you create and see if the problems continue to exist in the new user account.

I'm having the same issue. The local account had the same problems.

I ended up having to reinstall Windows 10. I called Microsoft Support and nothing they tried worked after 40 minutes of trouble-shooting

You could have tried the following;

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
Type "cmd.exe" and check the tickbox
Click "Yes" at the UAC window
Then, type the following before pressing enter between each one;
"net user User /add"
"net localgroup Users /delete User"
"net localgroup Administrators /add User"

I did try that. The same issues still happened.
