Windows 10: Build 10041 Display Problem Solved

    Build 10041 Display Problem

I just updated to 10041 from 9926 using an ISO file. Windows Update would not successfully to the update. Things went smoothly and I am a happy camper right now except for one problem. I made no changes to the display(1920x1080 resolution with medium icons) but the left most, right most, and top row are about 1/4 off the screen and the task bar is below the screen with only about the top 1/4 showing. Oddly enough, the bottom row of icons do not go below the task bar. I think I remember the same thing happening when I upgraded to 9926 but I don't remember how I corrected it. I've tried different icon sizes, adjusted 'make things large/smaller' etc, but no success.

Would someone please tell me how to correct this problem?

    Thank you.

Solved it by going to the AMD Catalyst Conroller and reducing the scaling factor appropriately.
