Broken url linking

Also window focus sometimes goes awry with active windows hidden behind others.

Could you be more specific about URL link. In what occasion, in which program?

Mostly in Thunderbird email client. If I click a link in an email, normally my default browser will open. Now it does not. But any url link in any program can also fail. However, it isn't 100% consistent. sometimes it does work. I've tried to work out any significant detail about this. There was quite a bit of talk about this problem in Build announcement thread. Nobody seems to know much at the moment, sorry.

The rest of us can open the links, but after confirming the browser..
