Once it finished installing I will report back if the issue was fixed.
Reverting to the last build of Windows. Stuck at "restarting" going to do some work and see if it has finished... Seems to be taking a long time

Windows "reverted" me to the SAME BUILD! and the build is working??!?
After an hour of panic reading the internet about boot loops when using the roll back tool it is finally over,I still don't know how I fixed windows...
I might just stay with this build for the next six months if I have toThe thought of having to reinstall windows and wipe my data is scary...
Use that iso you downloaded and burn it to a bootable DVD or USB.
You can use it to reinstall.
Just today, a new Insider Preview build is released, build 14316 to Fast ring.
I was happy 10 minutes ago... it stopped working again -_-
EDIT:Well there is one change though - the settings screen still works!
EDIT2:Well this is new in windows update - Your preview build settings need attention. Go to Advanced options to fix this issue.
Clicking fix open a screen -> sign in -> closes instantly
Also pressing the start button now gives a response - a loading circle appears near the cursor
